Really lovely brown lace up boots circa late 1910s to early 1920s. Beautiful Louis heel and pointed toes.
Someone has added wide ribbon laces to them and I think it looks quite nice!
+++ Measurements +++
Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
I believe these are an approximate size 6.5-7 US women's (I wear a true 7.5 and they are too snug for me), but please check the following measurements.
9.75" inner sole length (keep in mind the pointed toe)
3" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 9" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside
10.25" total height
+++ Condition +++
Lovely condition with minor wear commensurate with age. The leather around the inside of the ankle and around the inside of the eyelets is dried and flaking some, but this doesn't really affect wear. The rest of the leather is flexible and not dried out. Some minor staining to the canvas lining.
These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.
These boots were made to last a lifetime, and with the proper care and repairs when needed, they will!
