Beautiful blue velvet 1930s bias cut gown with flutter sleeves. The sleeves are lined with netting.
The velvet is extremely soft and luxurious, but not especially heavy.
Attached belt.
There are two hook and eye closures at the on the bodice.
+++ Measurements +++
If you've ever worn a bias cut gown, you will know how they hug curves! This is a very flattering dress, likely best for a size small. This will hug your hips and legs and flair out some at the bottom. The top is meant to be a bit blousy.
Laid flat:
18.5" armpit to armpit
19" across waist (cinch tighter with belt)
22" across hips
56" length
+++ Condition +++
Good condition overall. One very faint stain on the front, shown in the last photograph, very difficult to see and blends into the velvet.
The hem was also let out at some point. Can be worn as is, or re-hemmed.
