Really cool pointed toe black leather lace up boots circa 1910s to early 1920s.
Canvas lining and silk lining around the ankle. By Peters St. Louis.
+++ Measurements +++
Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
I believe these are an approximate size 7.5-8 US women's (I wear a 7.5 and they work well for me with a bit of room to spare), but please check the following measurements.
11" inner sole length (keep in mind the pointed toe)
3" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 9.5" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside
10" total height
+++ Condition +++
Great overall condition with minor wear from age. Some scuffs and wear to the soles. Leather is still flexible and not dried out. A bit of wear to the silk lining around the ankle.
The laces have a bit of wear/thinning but they are original. They may need to be replaced at some time in the future, but they have some life left.
These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.
These boots were made to last a lifetime, and with the proper care and repairs when needed, they will!
