Inlaid with Scottish agate, this sterling silver bracelet dates from the mid-late 19th century and features really fantastic links with a paisley shape motif.

It has my favorite type of clasp--shaped like a padlock--which is beautifully engraved on one side and has a stone inlaid on the other.

These pieces, often known as Victorian Scottish hardstone jewelry or Scottish pebble jewelry, exploded in popularity during the Victorian era as a result of Queen Victoria's love of everything Scottish.

Unmarked but tested as sterling silver.

Lovely condition overall with minor age-related wear and some small imperfections in the stones. Small chip or irregularity in the stone in the clasp. All stones are secure. Clasp is secure and functions as it should.
