Fur trimmed green velveteen slippers with a flannel tartan lining circa the turn of the century. Their hard leather soles make them suitable for wear outside the parlor also :)
+++ Measurements +++
Marked "4E" on the bottom and on a sticker inside. Theses were likely a men's shoe, but I cannot speak to how the sizing translates to our modern sizing, so it would be best to go by the measurements. I estimate they are an approximate size 6 US women's, but see below:
9.75" inner sole length, following the curvature of the shoe, however keep in mind the toe is somewhat pointed/narrow
3" wide measured across the bottom of the shoe at the ball of the foot
1" heel
+++ Condition +++
Overall good condition, these are wearable with care. The soles have plenty of life left. The flannel lining has come loose close to the toe. This could be glued back in place if desired. There is some patina to the brass buckles.
