Incredible homemade hair album made from the 1860s, belonging to Anna Miller.
On the last page, written in pencil, it says: "The fall of 1860" and underneath is written "Anna Miller's Book."
There are twelve pages with locks of hair, some having two different colors. Around half are braided locks.
The hair has been sewn onto the pages, which appear to have been cut from an old ledger.
Most of the names appear to be family members, though some may have been friends. Some of the names and dates I could not quite make out.
+++ Measurements +++
It measures approximately 3.25" x 2.25" x .75"
+++ Condition +++
Good condition overall with some normal signs of wear. There does not seem to be any missing pages. The binding is a bit loose and should be handled with care.
