This gorgeous vintage Victorian revival gate bracelet is solid sterling silver with a silver heart padlock as the clasp.
These bracelets were originally popular as sweetheart gifts at the turn of the century, and sometimes there would be a corresponding key that the gentleman gifter would wear as a symbol of their love.
Although there is a keyhole on the heart-shaped padlock, the clasp functions without the need of a key.
