This epic necklace is very unique and quite the statement piece!
The way in which the curved and straight lines come together in this piece makes it a bit unusual in my opinion, but to me it is still representative of the Art Nouveau style. It features twelve pearls of varying sizes and six drop pendants hanging from the main piece.
I have paired it with a more modern but still vintage 9k gold rolo chain, which I will include. It can be worn in a couple different ways, and I have also shown it worn with a ribbon, which is how I received it (though the ribbon was falling apart and had to be removed in order to wear the piece).
The top/middle bale is on a swivel and can be turned down if not being used, and there are two places on the back side of the pendant through which to thread a ribbon or thin chain.
Circa late 1890s to early 1900s, it lacks a gold purity mark, so it is likely pre-1906, when this became a requirement for jewelry in the United States.
Tested as at least 10k gold.

+++ Condition +++
Lovely condition overall with some minor age-related wear and patina. I noticed the pearls have some natural imperfections and perhaps a slight amount of wear, but nothing noticeable or major.
