Beautiful Victorian era silver wide cuff bracelet circa 1880s with engraved leaves pattern, very much in the Aesthetic Movement style.
The Aesthetic Movement of the late 19th century was interested in form over function, beauty over usefulness, and themes of nature, plants/leaves, and animals featured heavily in the decorative arts such as jewelry.
Hinged cuff with push button clasp. Unmarked but tested as a lower content silver, around .800 silver.
+++ Measurements +++
Approx 6.5" circumference and 1.25" wide, but keep in mind it is quite wide, so it is best for wrists approx 6" and smaller. Fits great on my 5.75" wrist!
