This bracelet is interesting because it is actually a matching pair of baby bracelets attached together to make a wearable length bracelet for larger (not baby!) wrists.
Circa 1870s, the bracelet is 18k gold filled with two carved coral cameos. A wonderfully unique piece with a beautiful patina.
