Lovely Victorian era, mid-19th century 14k gold pencil pendant.
The pencil extends out, as shown in the photos, to reveal the tip where the lead would go. When not in use, it is 3" long.
A gemstone is set into the other end of the pencil. It may be a citrine, but I have not had it tested.
Signed Rauch & Co. Tested as 14k gold.
Listing is for the pencil only. Chain is not included with this listing.
+++ Measurements +++
3" long when not extended.
5.22g
+++ Condition +++
Lovely condition overall with minor age-related wear. The pencil appears to function properly, but there is no lead currently in it.
