Great pair of brown leather lace up boots circa 1910s, from my personal collection.
New waxed cotton laces have been added.
+++ Measurements +++
Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
I believe these are an approximate size 7.5-8 US women's (I wear a 7.5 and they fit with a little extra space), but please check the following measurements.
10" inner sole length
3 1/8" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 9 3/4" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside
9 /2" total height
+++ Condition +++
Good condition overall with some minor wear.
Leather is super soft and supple. Some scuffs and minor wear around the ankles, heels, toes.
Heels and soles are worn and one of the soles has been patched. The back heel seam has been re-stitched on one. They would perhaps benefit from new rubber heel caps in the future if you plan on wearing these often (very affordable to have done). Wear to the canvas lining and insoles.
These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.
These boots were made to last a lifetime, and with the proper care and repairs when needed, they will!
