Lined with canvas and a band of green silk around the top of the ankle.

Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
I believe these are an approximate size 8 US women's (I wear a 7.5 and they are a bit too big for me), but please check the following measurements.
10.25" inner sole length
3.25" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 10" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside
1" heel
8.25" total height

Lovely condition overall with some minor surface wear to the leather wear, but I have cleaned and conditioned the leather and it feels soft and supple. The soles have a boot bit of wear, and if you plan on wearing these often, they may need new soles at some point.
Someone has written their name on the inside of the canvas lining and the bottom of each boot, unseen when worn.
I have added new waxed cotton laces.
These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.
These boots were made to last a lifetime, and with the proper care and repairs when needed, they will!
