Incredible two-tone, brown lace up boots with a Louis heel circa late 1910s to early 1920s.
Made of silk and leather. A beautiful, unique design.
+++ Measurements +++
Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
Marked as a size 38, I believe these are an approximate size 7-7.5 US women's (I wear a true 7.5 and they are a bit snug for my liking), but please check the following measurements.
10.75" inner sole length (keep in mind the pointed toe)
3" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 9" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside
2.75" heel
13" total height
+++ Condition +++
The condition on these boots is a little rough, but they are so special and I simply could not pass them up.
The soft silk uppers have visible wear. The leather also has visible wear and scuff marks. The soles are generally pretty good but the toes have some bits missing. The insoles are also worn down, and these might benefit from a thin, added insole if they are to be worn.
These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.
