Awesome black lace up boots circa 1910s.
These were likely a men's boot judging by the shape of the toe and the width, but they are perfect for anyone wanting an antique boot with a little extra room in the toe box.
+++ Measurements +++
Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
I believe these are an approximate size 8 US women's (I wear a 7.5 and they work well for me with a bit of room to spare - I like a more spacious boot), but please check the following measurements.
10.5" inner sole length
3.25" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 9.75" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside
9.5" total height
+++ Condition +++
Good antique condition with some minor wear:
- Some drying/cracking/flaking to the leather inside/around the eyelets
- Minor surface wear/scuffs to the leather
These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.
These boots were made to last a lifetime, and with the proper care and repairs when needed, they will!
