Very pretty brown lace up boots circa late 1910s to early 20s. Gorgeous 3" Louis heel!

Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
These seem to be an approximate size 7 US women's, but please check the following measurements.
11" inner sole length (take into account the pointed toes)
2 7/8" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 9.25" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside.
12" total height, 3" heel.
8.5" circumference at the ankle and 10.25" circumference at the top opening when fully laced, but can be worn more loosely laced.
+++ Condition +++
Overall very good condition with some scuffing to the leather at the toes and on the side as shown in the photos. Some seam separation at the top between the outer and inner leather, which doesn't affect wear, nor does it show.
New heel cap replacements and leather added to the soles. Some wear to the soles but plenty of life left.
Leather is still soft and supple.
Wearable with care.
