Adorable sterling silver chatelaine purse with purple silk lining circa 1910s.
One side features a lovely repousse image of a lady wearing a large hat and the other side features engraved letters that appear to be F J C but the middle letter is a bit unclear to me.
Marked sterling. Maker's mark by R. Blackinton & Co.

Good overall condition with some flaws to note. The silk lining, while surprisingly still intact, has some wear and small tears. There are some small dents and surface scratches to the silver, and it has not been cleaned or polished.
