Fantastic deadstock 1910s collar supporters with the most incredible artwork! Red serpents frame the cards and the text reads:
"Invisible, Light, Neat and Tasty Under Lace Collars"
Serpentine Collar Supporters in both black and white. These would have been sewn into the back side of a collar or inserted into the lining of a collar to help them stand up.
In searching the archives, the first mention of this brand I see is in 1910, and they go on throughout the 1910s but I do not see them into the 1920s.
A great collector's item, I could see these framed.
Listing is for one card of collar supporters. Choose between black or white.
